At Old School Poultry, we hatch and raise healthy baby chicks, quail, and Cayuga ducklings right here at Old School Farm in Ash, NC. Our birds are incubated and cared for with attention to proper temperature control, nutrition, and early stage development to ensure strong, thriving poultry.

Because we incubate in small batches, availability varies and we do not always have specific hatch dates listed. If you are looking for a particular breed or would like to place an order, we encourage you to reach out. We are happy to discuss upcoming hatches and, when possible, schedule incubation around your needs.
